From here onwards, it is ceylon-culture.ch, all its sub-domains, the related application and entities, and the owner entity, that is referred to as the ‘site’, ‘platform’, ‘us’, or ‘we’. Further, an individual who accesses this site personally or representing an entity is collectively referred to as ‘users’, ‘you’, or ‘they’.

You have the opportunity to return any of the products that you buy or refund any orders owing to fair and acceptable reasons. Still, it should be noted that the terms and conditions specified here should be met, in order to return a product and get a refund. However, we have the right to add, remove, modify or make changes to any of these clauses at any time, at our sole discretion. These modifications would be done without prior notice and they are deemed to be effective from the moment they are updated on the site. Accessing and interacting with this site afterward is considered as an acceptance of those modifications, and thus, it is up to the users to periodically review the Returns and Refund Policy, in order to stay updated.

2. Valid Reasons to Return a Product

We consider the following reasons as valid to return a product.
  • The delivered product is damaged or faulty (physically destroyed or broken/dead on arrival)
  • The delivered product is inaccurate when compared with the appearance on the site, or the product seems to be missing certain parts.
  • If you feel that the purchased product is no longer needed (you no longer have a need for the product / you changed your mind about the product / the size of a fashion product does not fit / you do not like the product after opening the box). However, this is a valid reason for return only for specific goods. Refer to the 4.1 section for more information.

3. Return Conditions

If you are to return a product purchased through this platform, the following conditions should be met.
  • The item must be new, unworn, unwashed, and free of defects. Fashion items can be tried on to check if they fit, but they are still considered new. We have the right to return a product to you if it is returned to us in poor condition.
  • Original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories must all be included with the goods.
  • The goods must be returned in their original manufacturer packing/box, and the packing should be undamaged. In fact, it must be returned in the same condition as it was received, complete with a return mailing label. However, make sure that you do not put any tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s packaging.

Please Note:  To avoid any trouble or delay in the return procedure, please print and paste the return label on your return shipment.  However, we have the right to return a product to you if it is returned to us in poor condition.

4. Refunds Policy

If we decide that your product is eligible for a refund, we give you the opportunity to select a refund option, from the available options, which you can find below.  The delivery charge, as well as the amount paid for the returned item, is repaid to you accordingly.

The time it takes to process a refund is determined by the refund method you choose. However, within 2-3 working days upon receiving your returned products, a quality check would be carried on, and it would take approximately 1-2 working days. Accordingly, we believe that the refund process would take a few more days as estimated below.

However, please note that these time durations specified here are estimates only, and we are not liable for any delays that take place in terms of refunds. Still, we would try our best to settle the refund at our earliest convenience.
